Where is Coron, Palawan?

Coron is in Busuanga Island, the northern-most tip of Palawan.

Is that near Puerto Princesa?

No, it isn’t. While both are located in Palawan, Puerto Princesa is on the southern end of the region. The distance of Manila to Coron is roughly the same as the distance between Coron and Puerto Princesa.

So what does Coron have to offer?

Coron is best-known for its crystal clear lakes, white sand beaches, and Japanese gunboat wrecks.
Among its other popular sites are Kayangan Lake (Cleanest lake in the Philippines awardee), Banol Beach, Twin Lagoon, Siete Pecados and Maquinit saltwater hot springs.Coron is also the home of endangered species like the Kingfisher and is within proximity to Culion (a town that used to be a leper colony) and Calauit Safari.

When is it the best time to visit Coron?

It is most ideal to visit Coron during the summer (March to May).

How do we get there?

There are daily trips to Busuanga (Coron) via plane and weekly trips via boat from Manila. There are also
Puerto Princesa-Coron flights available.

Where is Casa Fidelis located?

Casa Fidelis is located at Kilometre 17, Sitio Malbato, Coron, Palawan. It’s a good 15 minutes away from
the town proper.

Does your resort offer air-conditioning?

The nights are usually cool even without the use of an air-conditioning unit. But yes, we offer the use of
air-conditioning units with an extra charge of P1,000 per room per night.

This is to discourage any addition to the carbon footprint responsible for climate change.

Does your resort have Wi-Fi?

We do not have Wi-Fi yet, but it’s already in the works.

How spacious are your bedrooms?

Each bedroom in the main guesthouses can fit six to eight people comfortably.

What are your payment options?

We are strictly cash and deposit mode only. We require at least 50% of the balance to be paid before
the date of arrival to Coron. The rest can be paid at the resort itself.

Do you accept walk-ins?

We do not accept walk-ins.
